- Find the long barcode on your jar, bag, or tube.
- Type the 16 numbers next to UID:, or tap Scan barcode or QR code.
- Tap Find report if you typed the numbers.
I don’t see a barcode / the number isn’t working
- Turn the package over. On jars it is often on the back or bottom wrap. On tubes it runs along the side.
- Use the long barcode with numbers under it, or the QR code on the package — not the store receipt.
- Tap Scan barcode or QR code and hold your phone steady over it.
- Spaces don’t matter if you type. Use all 16 digits. Double-check the last four.
